Gaia Coffee Origins — United Kingdom

Thank you for shopping with Gaia Coffee Origins. These terms outline how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Company Information

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays.

  • During busy periods, dispatch times may extend slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

2. UK Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

We use a selection of trusted UK couriers to deliver your order efficiently.

 

Wholesale and trade shipping costs are calculated manually based on order weight and volume and will be shown directly on your invoice.

3. International Shipping

To maintain freshness and predictable delivery times, we currently ship to the following countries via automated checkout:

  • North America: United States, Canada

  • Europe: Republic of Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands

Delivery Timelines

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • North America: 7–14 working days

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties

  • Local VAT

  • Courier handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, we cannot refund the shipping costs.

 

Shipping to Other Countries
If you are a wholesale customer or wish to place a bulk retail order outside our standard shipping zones, please email contact@gaiacoffeeorigins.co.uk and we will arrange a custom shipping quote.

4. Tracking

Tracking is provided where available.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

5. Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us, a re‑shipping fee will apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and photos (if applicable)

  • Please keep all packaging materials until the courier claim is resolved

We will raise a claim with the courier and update you throughout the investigation.

7. Returns
